Abstract

Visual impaired people face a lot of problems in society. In order to resolve the issue we proposed a system with obstacle detection and distance calculation. “Blind assist” help visually impaired people to navigate anywhere and explore freely. The user can easily access the system through an android app. The output of the system is the voice that the user can hear through earphones or through mobile speaker.
