A Virtual Application Performing Computer Task by Hand Recoginition

Abstract


In this paper, a system perform various computer operation by hand gesture movements and symbols without the use of an electrical device is suggested [3]. In our proposed system we implemented some computer task that are volume control, mouse cursor moving control, screen shot, page up and down, zoom in and out, minimize, maximize and close tab. Using  hand gestures and motions, we may effortlessly accomplish actions like clicking and movement for mouse and volume control. Using different hand symbols we deploy other functions in computer. The only necessary input device for the suggested system is a camera. The program will need to be implemented using Python and OpenCV. The output of the camera will be shown on the computer's screen so that the user may fine-tune it. NumPy, Autopy, Pyautogui, Pycaw and Mediapipe are the Python requirements that will be utilised to create this system.
