Health Benefit of Yoga and Gym: A Review

Rachna Narula, Vijay Kumar, Dr Srishti Vashishtha, Ashima Airan

Abstract

In today's work environment, it's important to have coping mechanisms that are both accessible and affordable for the general public. Although clinical trials have shown that yoga can alleviate stress, it is necessary to conduct further research on how standard gym yoga classes can help functional individuals. We will attempt to demonstrate that the local organization of gyms— including their spatiality and interaction guidelines during training—is just as crucial for exercise compliance as the culturally influenced values that uphold the fitness culture. In particular, gyms must meet customers' expressive needs in addition to the substantial body goals they pursue. They must provide clients with training facilities where they can feel safe, and have a degree of discretion and sober informality, in addition to qualified trainers.
