Dr Ali Mirza Mahmood, Derangula Rohith, Chennuboyina Srinivasa Rao, Borra Kowshik

Abstract

Karmi Mitra is an online platform created to connect qualified professionals with clients in need of their services. Worker registration, service classification, customer booking, job scheduling, OTP-based verification, and work status tracking are all made possible by the system. The platform, which was created with PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and XAMPP, guarantees a smooth user experience and effective data administration. This essay examines the inefficiencies in conventional hiring practices as well as the job difficulties experienced by competent but disorganized individuals. Karmi Mitra removes middlemen by facilitating direct contacts between employees and clients through an organized digital solution. The software also has a feedback feature that lets clients rank employees, improving customer satisfaction and confidence.

A secure payment gateway is integrated to expedite transactions, guaranteeing smooth money exchanges between employees and clients. The system architecture, database design, essential features, and possible future improvements are all examined in this article. Using such a platform might greatly increase employee visibility, job accessibility, and customer service effectiveness. An outline of the platform's main features and how it helps to simplify worker-customer interactions is given in this abstract.
