LLM – Based Data Analyst Assistant

Abstract

This research presents the development of an intelligent AI Data Analyst Agent that automates end-to-end data analysis using Large Language Models (LLMs) and high-performance inference APIs such as Groq. The system is designed to accept raw datasets, perform preprocessing, generate insights, create visualizations, and provide natural language explanations without human intervention. It integrates structured prompting, reasoning pipelines, and step-by-step execution logging for debugging and transparency. The agent bridges the gap between raw data and actionable insights, making data analysis accessible to non-technical users while maintaining high efficiency and scalability.
