Abstract

This project delivers a rapid digital transformation in procurement processes has increased the need for secure, transparent, and efficient systems. Traditional e-tendering solutions face issues such as data manipulation, lack of transparency, and inefficiency. To address these challenges, this project proposes a block chain-based e- tendering system that leverages the core features of block-chain technology decentralization, immutability, and traceability. The system uses smart contracts to automate tendering activities, including bid submission and contract awarding, ensuring that every transaction is securely recorded and timestamped on the block-chain. This approach prevents data tampering, maintains an immutable audit trail, and enhances trust among participants by removing dependence on a central authority. The proposed system provides improved security, data integrity, transparency, and efficiency, ultimately reducing corruption risks and promoting fair and reliable procurement practices.
