A Research Paper on Railway Reservation System

Rutuja Vaidya

Abstract

The railway reservation and route optimization system is the subject of the present invention. In today's world, the railway is superior to other modes of transportation for long journeys. This mode of transportation is suitable for traveling and economical. Reservations are required in advance when traveling by train. In the event of an emergency, passengers can use a tatkal mode to avoid alternative agents who charge a high price for tickets. To accomplish this, a system application for ticket reservations must be implemented. People who don't want to go to the ticket counter to buy tickets now have access to a platform where they can book tickets, cancel them, check their PNR status, find the best train to take, and get other suggestions for reservations. The current paper provides explanations for all of these facets.
