Abstract

An innovative method for using mobile phones to cast votes is provided by this application. The Android voting system is an application made for Android devices that makes it simple and adaptable to cast votes at any time and from any location. The application was developed specifically for the organization in order to obtain employee votes for any new policy, regulation, or issue. The administrator enters the arguments or issues into the system. The employees can then vote yes or no. Only one vote per argument can be cast by one voter. The database for each argument stores each and every vote cast. The system provides the administrator with a brief summary of the results of the vote count at the conclusion of the process. As a result, the app enables the business to obtain accurate employee feedback.
