Modeling, Analysis and Fabrication of Easy Fit Filter Cap

Abstract

Water is one of the five realms of the earth which is an important source for the life. Water is one of the important elements for human life for fulfilling many needs. Such water should be pure enough for us to drink and stay healthy and fit which could be done by filtration. Water is purified and disinfected for human consumption, industrial use, medical applications etc. Purification sources may not be available at all the places we go. So, we carry domestic water bottles with a small filter attachments specifically to those locations. There are few problems with these water bottle when they get damaged by falling down or get hit to something hard.  The main objective of the work is to overcome such problems which do not let the filter attachment to be wasted by preparing a cap on 3D printing machine that could fit to different domestic water bottles and thus facilitates the filter attachment of the damaged bottle.
