Machine for Cleaning Flooded Building

Abstract


Flood is an overflow of water that submerges land. Cleaning up from a flood can seem like a daunting task. Because it may contain many kind of slurry wastes and muddy water. First of all, we have to clean the muddy water out. After doing it, we have to clean the slurry wastes there. Now, it needs more man force than usual cleaning process and much time for doing all these jobs. The existing floor cleaning machines can’t do such type of heavy tasks. From this problem existing in now days, we got an idea of a cleaning machine which will do heavy tasks. So, we aim at designing a fabrication model which will do all these jobs within a short time and reduce much human effort. Our cleaning machine is capable of performing cleaning of floor and corners effectively, our cleaning machine mainly includes an electric motor, slurry pump, chassis/frame, blending/rotating blades, cleaning mop, wheels to drive the whole system, water intake system, multi way valves to direct the pumping water.
