Fully automated solar power grass cutter
Abstract
The creation of an autonomous solar-powered lawn cutter system with integrated obstacle avoidance and spraying features is presented in this work. The system provides a sustainable and environmentally friendly way to maintain your lawn by using solar energy to power the motorized cutting blades. Ultrasonic and infrared sensors are employed for real- time obstacle identification and navigation, and the operation is coordinated by a microcontroller-based control system. The cutter can effectively navigate around objects thanks to the obstacle avoidance algorithm, guaranteeing continued operation without the need for human involvement. In order to maintain the health of the lawn, the grass cutter also has an automated spraying system that may apply fertilizer or water while cutting. By using solar power, the design puts an emphasis on energy efficiency and lessens the environmental impact of conventional grass-cutting techniques. In both home and commercial applications, the suggested system is anticipated to improve convenience, lower operating expenses, and offer a practical option for self-sufficient grass care.
