Abstract


Rash driving is the main reason of many road accidents and occurrences have been increased all over the world. So we require a system that can help us to lessen such accidents. So, this paper presents a system that will detect the over-speeding vehicle and automatically capture the image of that vehicle and sends that image to the corresponding authority.  In past, lots of devices are made but most of the system required human concentration and include a lot of effort, which is difficult to execute. In this paper we intend to design a system which aims at immediate detection and identification. The entire system involves IR sensor, atmega328p micro-controller, USB webcam etc.
