Abstract


Street mishaps are serious issue and events have expanded step by step thus there should be a framework that can assist us with decreasing such mishaps. The fundamental for these mishaps as per the roadway mishap measurements is the over speeding of vehicles. As the all expressways in all actuality do have billboards that demonstrate the most extreme speed limit, nobody remember to observe the guidelines. The ongoing rate recognition frameworks are handheld weapons by the police faculty that permit them to check the vehicle speed in this manner physically data gave to the specialists about the vehicle. Our proposed framework needn't bother with any human work and records the vehicle speed as well as illuminates the closest experts for the standard breaking so the vehicle rider get rebuffed for it . This paper targets fostering a framework that will assist with identifying the speed of the vehicle, with the assistance of Arduino and IR sensors on the off chance that over speeding happens, camera will caught the number plate of vehicle and send it to the RTO through server, the picture catching finished with the assistance of picture handling and individual get rebuffed for over speeding.
