Abstract


The Intelligent Disaster Forecasting and Response System Using AI is an integrated web-based platform designed to support early disaster awareness, risk assessment, and emergency response. The system combines historical environmental data with current meteorological information and machine-learning-based risk prediction. It provides location-based hazard assessment, live GIS visualization, early warning notifications, emergency SOS support, and an administrative control interface. The application is designed to help users and emergency authorities understand potential risks and respond more efficiently through a centralized digital platform.
