Nativore: Intelligent Food Industry Insights Platform

The food industry in India is rapidly evolving with dynamic shifts in customer preferences, cuisine trends, and spending behavior. However, stakeholders often lack access to structured and interpretable insights needed for investment and expansion. Nativore addresses this gap through a data-driven analytics platform that extracts actionable intelligence from the Indian Restaurant Dataset (27,000+ entries) sourced from Kaggle. The system analyzes restaurant data across cities to identify high-performing cuisines, pricing patterns, market opportunities, and customer engagement metrics. By leveraging descriptive analytics and interactive dashboards, Nativore empowers investors, entrepreneurs, and restaurant owners to make evidence-based decisions. It bridges the gap between raw data and business strategy, offering city-wise insights, cuisine diversity measures, competition indexes, and spending potential maps—all visualized for clarity and accessibility.
