Abstract

In today's constructional works, such as high-rise buildings, offices and also residential houses, in various regions are developing rapidly day by day. The collection of heat and moisture in building wall plays an important role in its maintenance and energy conservation. AC block, an eco-friendly material, gives a prospective solution to rise building construction. Aerated concrete is able to produce a light weight, lower coefficient of thermal expansion, also mold resistance, low dead weight and complete sound insulation as a result of air voids within aerated concrete this block didn't have any coarse aggregates in its mixture. The blocks are prepared by using precast technology. It is produced by combining off, fly ash, Portland cement, lime, Aluminum powder and water.
