Sathish Srinivasan. M., Dr. Chitra G.

Abstract

Construction industry is one of the major economic sectors in India. Prompt delivery of construction project to the client is a major issue to any construction company. To overcome and enhance the project delivery, Integrated project delivery (IPD) can be adopted successfully. The main objective of this study is to examine the factors influencing the implementation of Integrated project delivery in Indian construction projects and evaluating the performance of the project though implementing IPD. Major ten IPD influencing factors are addressed in the study among which top five factors identified though questionnaire survey for construction project carried across India and the main focus of the study is to identifying major IPD influencing factors in TCE construction projects and provided with suggestive measure to avoid same mistakes in the future.
