Abstract


Depression is more than just feeling of sadness or upset. It is a severe mental health disorder which can lead to various problems and can also cause early deaths. It can also lead to suicide and many significant impairment in day to day life. Emotion artificial intelligence is a field of on-going research in emotion detection, especially in the field of text mining. This paper aims to apply natural language programming to the dataset that is collected. Then in process of predicting a class, support vector machine and Naive-Bayes classier have been used. The results have been presented by detecting depression using the primary classification metrics.
