A Case Study on Yellow Phosphorus Poisoning
Abstract
unheroic phosphorus is formed by a small quantum of red phosphorus performing abrasion of white phosphorus is generally used to control rodent population. unheroic phosphorus is well recognized as a potent hepatotoxin and a severe original and systemic poison causing injury to gastrointestinal, hepatic, cardiovascular and renal systems. utmost of the deaths results in due to acute liver failure. Yet their toxin poses significant threat to humans and on-targeted creatures. This review gives the medium of action of different classes rodenticides. Including anticoagulant s, promethazine, others. The diver’s clinical instantiations of rodenticide poisoning ranging from haemorrhage to neurotoxicity. Emphasize the challenge in opinion and operation. Then we present a case of 27 yrs. old manly case presented with the oral ingestion of RATOL(5MG) 3 unheroic PHOSPHORUS around at 530 pm, this was diagnosed grounded on physical examination, blood tests, response to vit k.
