Performance Analysis in Different Modulation Techniques Using SUI Modeling in OFDM System

B. Anjanee Kumar

Abstract

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) and Multiple Input and Multiple Output (MIMO) are two fundamental systems utilized in fourth Generation Long Term Evolution (LTE). In OFDM different bearers are utilized and it gives more elevated level of ghostly proficiency when contrasted with Frequency Division Multiplexing (FDM). In OFDM in view of loss of symmetry between the subcarriers there is inter-carrier interference (ICI) and inter-symbol interference (ISI) and to conquer this issue utilization of cyclic prefixing (CP) is required, which utilizes 20% of accessible bandwidth. Wavelet based OFDM gives great symmetry and its utilization Bit Error Rate (BER) is improved. Wavelet based framework doesn't require cyclic prefix, so range proficiency is expanded. It is proposed to utilize wavelet based OFDM at the spot of Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) based OFDM in LTE. We have looked at the BER execution of wavelets and DFT based OFDM.
