Smart Glasses for Visually Impaired Person

Abstract


ABSTRACT

Person who have imperfect visual faces various types of difficulties in their day to day life as the modern equipment are not fulfilling their requirement in different terms like price and level of assistance. This paper represents a new prototype of assistive smart glasses for visually impaired person. The objective of this paper is to promote in various tasks using the advantage of wearable design format. As a proof of idea, this paper just presents one model application, for example text recognition technology that can help reading from printed version materials. We are utilizing a solitary board PC computer pi 2 as the core of preparing and raspberry pi 2 camera for image processing. Analysis results exhibit that the prototype is filling in as planned.
