User Interaction and Functional Outcomes in Stroke Rehabilitation Using Hand Robot Gloves
Abstract
Stroke is a leading cause of long-term disability, often resulting in impaired hand motor function. Robotic rehabilitation gloves have emerged as an assistive technology to support recovery through repetitive and controlled movements. This paper investigates how stroke patients interact with hand rehabilitation robot gloves and evaluates their effectiveness in improving motor function. A user-centered approach is adopted to analyze usability, adaptability, and rehabilitation outcomes. The findings suggest that robotic gloves enhance patient engagement and facilitate motor recovery when integrated with structured therapy programs.
