THE GOVERANCE INFO APP USING POWER BI-BAAT
Abstract
Organizations must deal with escalating technological change and complexity in today's dynamic business environment. Businesses need a strong framework for strategic decision- making and efficient implementation in order to successfully traverse these obstacles and stay competitive. The function of a Business Analysis and Architecture Team (BAAT) in assisting this process is examined in this abstract. The BAAT acts as a vital link between operational execution and corporate strategy. The team finds areas for improvement and develops strategic solutions that are in line with the overarching company objectives by scrutinizing the organization's objectives, procedures, and systems. In order to achieve successful results, the BAAT uses a structured approach that combines business analysis methodologies, architecture frameworks, and stakeholder interaction strategies. The project under BAAT focuses on leveraging the power of Microsoft Power Platform to enhance business processes and data analysis. Specifically, it involves the use of Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate to create a streamlined workflow that improves efficiency and productivity. It integrates these three tools to create a seamless and efficient solution. This involves developing app using Power Apps to collect and store data, which then is analyzed using Power BI to gain insights and make data-driven decisions. Power Automate is used to automate processes and eliminate manual tasks, freeing up time for employees to focus on more strategic initiatives. Overall, the project demonstrates the power and versatility of the Microsoft Power Platform and its ability to transform business processes.
