SmartInvo GST
Abstract
The SmartInvo GST System is an AI-driven intelligent invoicing and tax automation platform designed to simplify GST-based billing, compliance, and analytics for businesses. The system integrates Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for extracting invoice data from uploaded documents, machine learning models for HSN-based tax classification, and Streamlit for an interactive, user-friendly interface. It also features voice-based search, fraud detection, batch invoice processing, and visual analytics dashboards for daily, monthly, and yearly tax reports. By leveraging intelligent automation and data visualization, SmartInvo GST enhances financial accuracy, reduces manual errors, and streamlines GST compliance. This project demonstrates how AI and data analytics can transform traditional invoicing into a smart, automated, and transparent financial workflow.
