Green house monitoring & controlling using GSM

Dhat A. D.

Abstract

Plant growth is affected by various factors. The main variables for the quality and efficiency of plant development are temperature, stickiness, light. Nonstop observing of these natural factors gives data to the producer to all the more likely comprehend, what each element means for development and how to oversee maximal yield efficiency. The ideal nursery environment change can empower us to further develop efficiency and to accomplish astounding energy reserve funds. The main purpose of a greenhouse is to provide and maintain the environment that will result in optimum crop production or maximum profit. This includes an environment for work efficiency as well as for crop growth. There has been much research and design about environment control using sophisticated technology so we decided to develop a system which will automatically monitor and control the Green House climate. The farmers in the developing countries can easily use designed system for maximizing yield. We preferred PIC microcontroller and GSM module for our system. Using these will increase system capacity and flexibility.
