Abstract

We know that people cannot pour water on plants when they are outside, busy or gone on vacations in their gardens. So there is a chance to get the plants get damaged. To solve this issue Smart Plant Irrigation System has been evolved. This circuit consists of a moisture sensor that is used to sense the amount of moisture present in the soil and sensor give or respond with the help of an IC 7404 for detecting the input from moisture sensor. The load is use to connect the motor pump. Pump gets ON/OFF as the output supplied by the IC 7404 and according to the output of IC 7404 if moisture in the soil is low then motor pump gets ON.
