A review article on: Issues of Nursing profession in Indian Health Care System

Abstract


The most major professional group that makes up the healthcare workforce inside the healthcare system and is essential to delivering high-quality medical care are nurses. Although the nursing profession is widely recognised as being essential to providing healthcare, there are still numerous problems with it, including under recognition, a scarcity of nurses, low pay, and insufficient resources, a lack of a positive work atmosphere, unhappiness, and a rise in turnover.
