Software Application Usability: A Life Cycle Model for Software Development

SACHIN SHIVAKUMAR

Abstract

The ease of use of a product application in the Software Development Life Cycle is among the key quality credit for the specific framework to improve the human interaction with a strong and precise usage. The lack of product application convenience leads to disaster in terms of expense, reputation, and trustworthiness. The absence of a focus on SDLC ease throughout its development extends the application's latent and copyright flaws. Simplicity of use cannot be offered as a bonus at the end of the development process; It should, nevertheless, be targeted throughout the development stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Around there, this article introduces additional model, called Usability-Software Development Life Cycle model (U-SDLC), which provides accessibility improvement tasks and exercise to be completed within the SDLC.

This document provides a number of activities practises for all participants involved in the planning, designing, coding, testing, and maintenance of SDLC programs. This article provides a comparative report done on the existing SDLC model and main causes why the existing models really aren't enough centred on comfort issues while building convincing, usable SDLC products and illustrates with quantifiable results indicate that the proposed latest SDLC model is able to build usable applications.
