Abstract
In today's dynamic work environment, efficient management of employee leave has become paramount for organizations to maintain productivity and employee satisfaction. The Employee Leave Management System (ELMS) is a comprehensive solution designed specifically for Adobe employees to streamline the leave request, approval, and tracking processes. This abstract provides an overview of the features, benefits, and implementation of ELMS within Adobe .Employee leave management is a critical aspect of human resource management, directly impacting organizational efficiency and employee morale. Traditional paper-based leave systems are cumbersome, prone to errors, and lack real-time visibility. With the advent of technology, automated leave
management systems have emerged as a practical solution to address these challenges. ELMS is a digital platform tailored to the unique needs of Adobe employees, offering a user-friendly interface and advanced functionalities .Now, as we are specifying on adobe employees, they do not get all types leaves. Based on their designation, authorities, the leaves request is approved or rejected. For the present project we are including some of the extra features like types of leaves such as vacation leave, personal leave, loss of pay and the final salary after leaves have been used. Admin can easily review and approve or reject requests, ensuring that staffing levels are adequately maintained. This project leverages modern web technologies and adheres to industry best practices in security and data privacy to provide a robust and reliable
solution for Adobe's leave management needs.
