Mahfujur Rahman, Pitash Kumar PK, Shah MD Sowad Iqbal

Abstract

The paper examines how Metaverse technology can support the professional development of corporate instructional designers. The Metaverse, a VR and AR-based ecosystem, offers an engaging and interactive platform that can provide innovative opportunities for training and career growth. Through the use of virtual environments, simulations, and real-time collaboration tools, instructional designers can improve their abilities in course development, learner engagement, and instructional strategies. This research explores how Metaverse technology can facilitate hands-on learning, peer collaboration, and immediate feedback to promote the professional advancement of instructional designers and improve corporate training programs.
