A Survey Paper on the Impact of AI & Cyber on Career
Abstract
Artificial Intelligence is one of the most rapid emergent technologies across the globe whose propelling transformation within workforce and career development is yet to open up horizons and challenges. This paper will explicate the design and assessment of an AI-based career development platform that could encompass machine learning, automation, personalized skills assessment, job matching, online learning pathways, and mentorship tools. Background terminology, existing literature, current trends and challenges regarding adoption of AI in different industries are summarized, with proposed evaluation metrics and benchmarks followed by applications and use-cases. Finally, limitations, future directions, and policy recommendations are discussed. The proposed platform will enhance employability, support lifelong learning, bridge silos in skills, and ensure inclusive, sustainable, and future-ready career growth
