Review on Dynamics of Technical Manpower Supply Chain

Abstract

This is a review paper on dynamics of technical manpower supply chain. In this paper , research papers pertaining to the topic are reviewed, where study on manpower supply chain was carried out to determine the potentiality and utilization of the talent pool available in India were studied and analyzed .These research papers reviewed were on growth in technical manpower supply and its implications for Entrepreneurship education, Reference model for human supply chain integration, National Employability Report on unemployable fresh engineering graduates from National skill Development Corporation. Further an in-depth analysis of the papers was performed in an attempt to identify the type of sampling opted for conducting survey, methods and instruments employed for collecting primary and secondary data was analyzed. Thus the review and analysis of research papers in turn enabled to understand the forces operating in a system in order to determine their influence on the stability or growth of the system qualitatively and quantitatively, to find the overall outcome and the gaps that can be identified leading to scope for further study
