Abstract

Production metrology equips you with vital information for industrial environment and operations in regards to completion of products in production engineering, man machine interactions and a complete update of the processes undergone. Countless researches and findings have been published on experimental progress work and numerical modeling to solving the bottlenecks in the modern manufacturing industry due to high quality and precision required in production. By this, this study investigates the detailed analysis of high precision metrological results to improve quality of the end product and also to give details in appearance and surface finish for the geometric and work accuracy in a production industry as guided by metrology. This study aims at the integration of advanced metrological techniques into the machining industry will tend to improve operational competitive tendencies and providing higher quality end products, savings and efficiency.
