Investigating the Efficiency and Applications of Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) in Modern Industry
Abstract
Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) has revolutionized the industrial landscape by integrating computer technology with manufacturing processes. This research paper aims to explore the efficiency and diverse applications of CAM systems across various industries. The study investigates the evolution of CAM, its integration with other technologies such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), and its impact on production efficiency, product quality, and cost reduction. Furthermore, the paper examines case studies of CAM implementation in different sectors, highlighting the challenges faced and the solutions devised. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and empirical analysis, this paper provides insights into the current state of CAM, identifies emerging trends, and proposes recommendations for optimizing CAM systems to meet the evolving needs of modern industry.
