Abstract

The Mass Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) has had a significant impact on urban development in the core areas of cities and has operated along essential transportation corridors, particularly in and around these areas, deteriorating the physical and spatial surroundings. Therefore, these areas require immediate intervention to address the issues and prevent further deterioration. Again, this requires research to comprehend these developments in designated core areas of a town. As a result, an effort has been made in this extremely structured paper to determine the connection between this analysis work.
