Initiative of Safety Culture in Large Scale Industries
Abstract
In the manufacturing industry employee aspect several safety risks due to the mood of the career. How well safety method and arrangement are followed within a management is treated to be influenced by the reigning culture of the organizational. Unsafe conditions and unsafe Acts not dealt properly, results unsafe for the workers of these industries. In a safety aspect, discussion of skills and info within management .Valuable knowledge may exist in different organizational and the ability to learn from failures thus depends on efficient knowledge exchange processes. In this paper steps and methodology adopted by large scale industries to nurture the safety culture has been addressed. Altitude towards safety and responsibility of various stakeholders are important in safety performance
of the plant
