A Survey Paper on Gamified Environmental Education Platform for Schools and Colleges

Abstract


This survey offers a thorough analysis of gamified environmental education resources for educational institutions. Technological enablers, and practical applications of these platforms, this paper synthesizes literature from IEEE and other academic sources. Along with highlighting new trends like AI- driven personalization and IoT-enabled environmental monitoring, we also identify important challenges like scalability, data privacy, and integration with current educational systems. Future directions and open research problems are discussed in the survey's conclusion. These platforms have drawn a lot of attention due to their potential to improve student engagement, encourage pro- environmental behaviors, and support curriculum- aligned learning as sustainability and digital learning become more and more important.
