Study on Impact of Covid-19 on Change in Work Culture of Employees in IT Sector

Abstract


The pandemic has exposed the impact of the lockdown and its impact on almost every industry. The period of Covid-19 has led to many changes that have taken place worldwide, resulting in a change in the work culture among organizations. This study primarily focuses on providing insight into the employee's view of work culture using various statistical tables and tools. The COVID-19 crisis has forced many organizations into voluntary liquidation for multiple reasons, which has created fear in workers' minds regarding job security. The main objective of this study is to study the change in the work culture of employees in the given sector during this covid.19. The methodology includes the use of both primary and secondary data methods. A structured questionnaire was distributed to the IT staff of the Chennai district. In the secondary data, articles, magazines, and various forms of the Internet were used.
