Dr A R JayaSudha, Surya S

Abstract

Customers are able to submit online requests for products and services at this online Grocery Store, which is part of a larger retail establishment that serves both walk-in and online customers. Customers have access to a diverse range of products and services from which to make their selections. Customers have the ability to view an online exhibition of all of the items that are for sale in the store thanks to the software that powers the online store. When choosing between various options of merchandise, customers can receive assistance from this application that is hosted on the web. In exchange for providing their full information, which may include their position and various contact details, customers are offered the option of having the products of their choosing transported directly to their residences. The customer always has the option to check the status of their shopping days, and if they don't like what they see, they can modify or delete the items from those days. After the customer has made the choice to place an order, the purchaser has the option of publishing the documents contained within the shopping cart in order to obtain a hard copy of the transaction.
