Abstract


Submitting a manuscript to a journal is a crucial step in the research publication process. However, many manuscripts are desk rejected, which can be discouraging for authors. This paper presents practical tips and strategies to avoid desk rejection and increase the chances of publishing a quality research article. The paper outlines the common reasons for desk rejection, including poor structure, language, and methodology, and offers solutions to overcome these issues. Additionally, the paper provides guidance on selecting an appropriate journal, crafting a compelling cover letter, and responding to reviewer feedback. By following the advice in this paper, authors can increase the likelihood of success in journal submission, avoid desk rejection, and ultimately publish a quality research article.
