A STUDY ON ENDUSERS CONTENTMENT WITH RESPECT TO DIGITALIZED BANKING

Abstract


A customer-focused service sector can be related well with digital banking. Businesses in the service sector should view service quality as a strategic problem that is essential to their success. High service quality maintains high client satisfaction, and service providers who achieve it have a steady competitive edge. This study, "A STUDY ON ENDUSERS CONTENTMENT WITH RESPECT TO DIGITALIZED BANKING," aims to comprehend the need for digital banking and to be aware of the factors that influence it. It also seeks to learn how satisfied customers are with the services offered by digital banking. For this study a questionnaire is being circulated to get real-time responses further SPSS software is being used to study the relationship between those variables considered in this study.
