Salesforce in Neo Banking: A Comprehensive Approach to CRM Implementation and Customization

Abstract


This paper investigates the development and implementation of an innovative customer relationship management (CRM) system tailored for neo banks, or digital banks. The primary focus of this study is to explore the impact of CRM systems on customer experience, personalized communication, and customer retention in the context of digital banking.
