Detection of Fat in Milk using Photoconductivity

Abstract

The Dairy industry in India is generally co-operative and our Indians and dairy farming occupation of our country. In today’s requirement goods become more useful. This represent the design and development of Arduino board controller based on the system to detect how much fat contain in milk. The milk dairy collect the milk from farmer based on that it show much of fat contain in it. It is easy to operate and also it is in low cost requirement. Using the LDR and laser described in this to how much information contain in the market, and also minimize the problems of how to adverse the tedious work. By using this system will give more advantage over milk dairy.
