Performance of G+40 story building with raft and pile foundation under different soil condition using Etabs and Safe.

Abstract


Analysis of building under different loading condition specially against earthquake is considered.

The strength, rigidity and earthquake susceptibility of built structures under different loading condition is studied. The foundation of high-rise buildings supports very heavy loads. The present study emphasizes on comparative analysis of multi storey G+40 building under earthquake consideration. The building is analysed as per Indian Standard code IS 456-200, IS 1896-2016, IS 875. To study the behavior of individual building elements under dynamic analysis and to analysis the foundation i.e. raft and pile foundation. Different soil condition is considered for analysis and checked for raft and pile foundation and strength and stability is checked against earthquake and service loads.
