Abstract

The demand for sustainable and eco-friendly solutions for agricultural practices has led to the development of hybrid machinery that integrates renewable energy sources. This abstract presents a novel concept of a hybrid converter grass cutter that harnesses solar energy to efficiently and autonomously trim grass in various settings. The hybrid converter grass cutter incorporates a combination of solar energy and conventional power sources to ensure uninterrupted operation. The system comprises a solar panel array, an energy converter, and a grass cutting mechanism. The solar panel array captures sunlight and converts it into electrical energy, which is then stored in rechargeable batteries for later use. This allows the grass cutter to operate even in low-light conditions or during nighttime. The integration of solar energy into the grass cutter offers several advantages. It reduces dependence on fossil fuels, decreases carbon emissions, and promotes sustainable agricultural practices. The hybrid nature of the system ensures reliable and uninterrupted grass cutting operations while utilizing renewable energy sources.
