Adoptive Control Strategy for TSCS

Poonam Jounjare

Abstract

This paper presents an aerial-controlled series capacitor (TCS) an analytical, linear, state-space model. Firstly, the Simplified Fundamental Frequency Model of TCS has been proposed and the results of the model are verified. The frequency response of the nonlinear TCSC segment is derived, a simplified nonlinear state space model has been derived, where the major TCSC shows linear dependency at frequency firing angle of complex poles. The Nonlinear element is connected to the linear and AC network model and TCSC controller model, which includes a phase-lock-loop (PLL) model.
