Control of a DC-Servo Motor Using PID Controller with System Indetification Technique

Green Maraiya, Shashikant Ray

Abstract

Dc Motor has been generally used as a bit of a lot of mechanical arrangement for their correct, essential and relentless control traits. We have distinctive controller for control dc engine speed/position PID, PI and sliding mode utilizing programming MATLAB and trial set up. The brushless dc motor generally utilised for management framework and mechanical application since little in size, high proficiency and high torque thickness Structure PID controller to get fast advance reaction. The PID controller provides nice reaction and therefore the controller additional tuned to diminish overshoot and enduring state blunder. In enterprises PID controller are superior to other controller. PID controller isn't hard to tune and unassuming. PID control system can't adjust the nonlinear plants or within the region of constrained anyway high hazards. The system identification technique is employed to induce the correct transfer function of dc motor. System identification is the technique where we offer some input to the motor and get output corresponding input and output we get the process model with measured and simulation mode through is model get the best match percentage result after find the transfer function of plant we have design the various controller to regulate the speed/position of the motor. We have design PID controller for each speed and position control.
