Baggage Security Mechanism

Abstract


Aside from people's personal bags and other belongings, the busiest locations for people to tow their luggage are railroad platforms and airports, which makes the chore even more tiresome. In this project, we consider the technique to be used to be used to trail people and report on the realization of a mobile robot capable of following a person. As per our research, we have developed and designed a good carriers to be reliable while transporting or during any occasion where we use luggage carriers and also helps them go green. The purpose of luggage tracking is to prevent passengers' luggage from being misplaced or handled improperly, which would stress them out. The proposed system is made up of an Arduino microcontroller, which is connected to the suitcase via a GPS unit and sends location information to the GSM. After the data is obtained, it is processed into a cloud database, and a user ID and password are given to each user. The user can log into his or her ID and find the location of the misplaced luggage if they need to know the status of their bags. Additionally, to increase the security of the bags, a fingerprint sensor is employed.
