ICT in Real Estate Project Rating: A Suggested Method

Abstract

In this era of competition each product has to be evaluated on the basis of its properties, qualities and performance. Different parameters have to be set depending upon the observed factors for the evaluation of any product or services and on that basis, rating should be provided as end result for comparing it with other similar things.one of the major area of Indian economic market which urges for such uniform rating is the real estate market. This study discusses briefly about the part of the study carried out to guide construction corporation with a primary pattern of skeleton to get the idea about the amount of - ICT (information communication technology adopted for various building project management processes.
