Health Monitoring of a Hospital Building using NDT Technique considering Seismic Load - A Review

Mayank Gupta

Abstract

Seismic retrofitting is primarily done to meet the seismic security prerequisites. The arranging of adjustments to existing structures contrasts from new arranging through a critical condition; the current improvement should be taken as the reason of all arranging and building exercises. India is quite possibly the most seismic tremor slanted countries in the world and has experienced a couple of critical or moderate quakes during the latest 15 years. Around 50-60 % of the absolute zone of the nation is defenceless against seismic movement of shifting forces. In this paper we are presenting review of literatures related to analysis of retrofitting of old structures.
